“Buenos días” is “good morning”, and should only be used up until noon.

“¿Es usted mexicano? is “Are you Mexican?” If you compare with the first lesson, you can see that, in this dialogue, the speakers are addressing each other with the formal form of “you” (usted).

“Puebla” is a Mexican state, whose capital city is also Puebla.

“El gusto es mío” is the standard response “The pleasure is mine”.
